SUMMARY

German Strain R Millet is most commonly used as a warm season hay crop and due to its relatively fast maturity can produce an abundant amount of high-quality hay in as little as 40 to 50 days. German Strain R Millet is relatively fine stemmed but is not known for its regrowth potential. It is therefore mostly a one-shot crop, although limited regrowth can be experienced with adequate rainfall.
