SUMMARY

Swamp milkweed is the milkweed for wet ground: pond edges, ditches, drainages, and rain gardens where other species can't survive. It carries the same monarch host status as its upland relatives, with fragrant rose-pink flower clusters that draw heavy butterfly traffic through midsummer.
